The 13,957-square-foot, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center is located at 6003 E. Baseline Road in Mesa and is affiliated with Banner Health. Lincoln Property Company acquired the property.
The ERE transaction team included Collin Hart, CEO and Managing Director, and Andy Matti, Director. ERE served as the exclusive real estate advisor to the physician ownership group, leading the lease negotiations and national marketing process.
