The Heritage Induction Stove Line Launches This Fall
BRONX, NY, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Wattsipper by Summit Appliance, a division of Felix Storch, Inc. (FSI), has achieved certification to UL 858 standards on over a dozen full-sized ranges that run on 120V power. This lineup has been in development for the last two years to meet the growing demand for lower powered, battery-free cooking appliances.
Designed and manufactured in the United States, Wattsipper’s Heritage line is composed of 30”, and 24” wide electric ranges with induction cooking surfaces. Each unit includes a pre-installed NEMA 5-20P plug for fast “Plug & Cook” setup. The entire product uses just 1800 watts of cooking power, with full cooking capability achieved through Wattsipper’s patent-pending dynamic power allocation system.
“Throughout the development process, our goals were clear: create a fully functional stove that could support family meals on standard 120V power, using a 20 amp circuit,” said Paul Storch, President of FSI. “We’re thrilled to achieve certification to UL 858 Standards and bring Wattsipper to homes that need a safe, affordable, and efficient range.”
As many regions move away from gas-powered cooking, the demand for induction and lower amperage electric cooking alternatives has grown significantly. Public housing authorities, as well as private multifamily buildings, have been actively removing gas ranges for health, regulatory, and gas supply issues, but replacing them with standard 240V products can be costly. Many older buildings simply can’t handle the power requirements or support the time to convert.
Wattsipper products are engineered for immediate replacement, requiring just a dedicated NEMA 5-20 outlet. Slimmer 20 inch wide models are scheduled for 2027. With certification to UL and FCC standards achieved, the 24 and 30 inch wide Heritage series is now in production. Pre-orders will begin shipping this October.
