Social Profile Calendars let marketers plan each social profile on its own calendar, while the All view keeps the big picture, on every CoSchedule plan.
BISMARCK, ND, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — CoSchedule, social media management software built on a best-in-class calendar, today announced Social Profile Calendars, which give every connected social profile its own calendar view. The views are created automatically and are available now on every plan, including Starter.
“Most marketers post to several profiles, and when they all share one calendar it’s hard to tell whether LinkedIn is covered next week or Instagram has gone quiet,” said Garrett Moon, CEO of CoSchedule. “Social Profile Calendars show each profile’s plan on its own, with nothing to set up, and the All view is still there when you want to step back and see everything together.”
Customers could already filter the calendar by profile with saved views, but each one had to be built by hand. CoSchedule now adds a calendar view for every social profile as soon as it’s connected, including profiles connected before launch.
Social Profile Calendars give marketers several key benefits:
– A calendar for each profile, set up for you: CoSchedule adds a calendar view for every social profile a customer connects and removes it when the profile is disconnected. There are no views to build or filters to save.
– A clear view of each profile’s schedule: Each profile’s calendar shows that profile’s scheduled and upcoming social messages, including ReQueue messages and messages in campaigns, so marketers can see where a profile needs more posts.
– Posts that start from the right profile: When a marketer creates a social message from a profile’s calendar, that profile is already selected in the composer. The same is true in the social campaign view.
– The big picture, unchanged: The All view still shows every social profile together on one calendar.
Calendar Views for Connected Integrations Too
Social Profile Calendars work with every social profile customers can connect to CoSchedule, across all the major social networks. Supported integrations get their own calendar views as well, each named after the channel, account or site:
– YouTube channels
– Email accounts in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor and Constant Contact
– WordPress sites
Customers find every view in the calendar view menu at the top of the calendar, which shows All by default. Social profile views are listed under Connected Profiles, and integration views under Connected Integrations. Customers can hide a single view or the whole section.
Social Profile Calendars are built for the one-person marketing department and small marketing teams that publish to more than one social profile. The feature is available on the calendar in the web app on the Starter, Professional and Suite plans, and on the free plan.
